Back in 2000 I had the great fortune of serving in the fabulous Cloverdale Ward in California. While there, Steven Allred often went on exchanges with us. His family also fed us innumerable times and were very, very kind to the missionaries. As it turns out, Steven was called to the Ogden Mission and is now serving as Elder Allred in Hyrum. On Thursday my buddy Ryan Yonk and I were able to take Elder Allred and his comp Elder Bennett out to lunch at Cafe Sabor. It was really good to see him again and it was clear that he was doing very, very well. C
